The purpose of my visit was to enjoy a relaxing getaway with family in Malacca. I found the overall experience exceptional, particularly appreciating the comfort of the Deluxe Queen Room, which featured a well-equipped minibar and tea/coffee making facilities. The serene ambience, enhanced by the delightful lemongrass fragrance, contributed to a truly cozy atmosphere. The staff, especially Ms. Farah, were incredibly hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. I am thoroughly satisfied with the amenities and the warm service provided by the hotel, and I extend my gratitude for a delightful experience.
